STP Missing Pay runs

Hey all.  I have been able to successfully lodge STP reporting for all pays (YAY!) 
Except.... the first two pay runs for the financial year (BOO :( )

Does anyone have any clues how I could re-create this data for STP file submission or any other work-around ?
