Going to Payroll causes system error and shutdown

Hi, I am trying to do my payroll but every time I go into the payroll area the system shuts down and says there is a problem. Any ideas?

    Which Reckon software are you using? 

    Can you let us know what the specific error message is that you're encountering?
    If you're using Reckon Accounts desktop or Hosted, have you completed a Verify & Rebuild of your data file? More info -

    Reckon Accounts Premier Edition 2018

    I just tried the Verify & Rebuild came back with no problems.
