Reckon Accounts Hosted - I can not log in - error message -6000 -80

Reckon Accounts Hosted - I can not log in - it comes up with error message -6000 -80 have you finished the Maintenance that was scheduled for yesterday. I have never had this problem before. I am on Hosted 2018 R2

    Same Sally getting the exact same message. Never had before, wondering if it is after last nights maintenance. Grrrrr

    Hi guys,
    Can you please let me know where exactly you're encountering this error? 
    Is it when you attempt to launch the Hosted service after initial login?

    Are there any active sessions listed in your Hosted control panel?

    Hi Rav, 
    Error code (-6000-, -80) checked & there are no active sessions.

    come up with *Gateway: Failed authenticating user token.

    Hi Melissa,
    Which browser are you using when you run into this?

    Can you do me a favour and please try logging in using an alternative browser and let me know if you experience the same thing?

    Hi Rav,

    I rang the technical support 1300 799 150 they were great.
    You need to slightly change your Account File Name.  They take you through it step by step.  It took 5 minutes to fix the issue.  I did notice when I was up and running again that I needed to upload my Logo back into my invoice Template.

    Hope this helps everyone.

    I was using Chrome & then Explorer but it comes up with The website cannot display the page

    All sorted, Tech support sorted it out as per Sally's post.
