Reckon hosted API is not working

Hi,

We've been working with Reckon API for a long time but it stopped working since last night. I'm not sure what's the issue is. I've tried to test it in Azure portal but i get this unauthorized error with any get or post request.

"Message": "Authorization has been denied for this request." 

We didn't change anything in our end but it just not working with this unauthorized error.

Do you have any suggestion?
