Unable to lodge STP

Unable to upload this weeks payrun to Reckon gov connect, 

Error: Instance.EmployeeData(12).Detail.Email is not and of (subschema0).(subschema1)

    Also last weeks lodgement hasn't been accepted by ATO either.?

    Hi Zaly,
    You need to check the 13th employee in your STP list as it looks as though they either don't have an email address listed against them or there is an issue with how its been input. Go back to the employee list and enter the correct email address and export the file again before uploading.

    I am also having this problem and going back to the employee list and entering the correct mail address and exporting file again before uploading does not work.

    Hi Simone, yes i deleted the old file from reckon connect and my Q drive, corrected the email address then re lodged the pay run and it was fine. Thanks
