2019 Quicken Home Inventory loading.

Loading QHIM from my 2019 disk gets me an error message that QHIM.exe has not loaded correctly. Can anyone help?

It may not quite be the same error message but take a look at the info in this Knowledgebase article, it may help with getting this sorted -
