STP file status:error

When I uploaded the first STP file in July, I hadn't added the software ID into the ATO portal, so that payrun isn't showing in the ATO list and in the portal the status is "Error" instead of submitted/ pending etc. So my question is which option am I choosing when I re-upload. I'm guessing it's the full file replacement option, but I just wanted to be sure.

    Hi Vanessa

    If you've submitted successful Pay Runs since - & none of the employees have been terminated in that time - you don't need to update an old one. 
    Each STP upload updates the included employees' YTD amounts.
