cannot load up the login portal

My Lions club uses Reckon 1. My preferred browser is Avast Securesearch. This allows me to get to reckon, but will not load the login portal. I have to go to the Google via internet explorer to login, which I prefer not to use??????? Thanx. Chris

    Hi Chris,
    While I don't use the Avast browser myself, I've just downloaded a copy to test this out on my end.
    It looks almost identical to the Google Chrome browser (I think it utilises the same open source platform that Chrome & others use) and when I attempt to access the Portal login page I reach a white page without any further loading.

    Is that what you're experiencing? Or is it something else?
