Exporting to Excel Problem

When I try and export an Excel file to Q Drive I'm getting an error message 'Excel could not open the data file' . I'm using Accounts Hosted 2019 and Excel Office 365. It has worked fine every time in the past...now my work has ground to a halt.

    I had the same problem yesterday, I rang Reckon support and they flicked me out of Reckon (log off remote users) and the problem was resolved.

    Thanks that fixed it.  BTW...can you export to xlsx? or only xls
