STP reporting - Reckon Hosted

I have just commenced using reckon hosted and am getting errors with stp reporting. I was using payroll premier and had no problems. It is saying there is not file to replace. What do I need to do?

Did you create a new Reckon GovConnect tile for the Hosted STP file (as opposed to the Payroll Premier tile you would have had)?

As an example; on this link: https://help.reckon.com/reckon-accounts/payroll/single-touch-payroll/transmitting-stp-data-to-govconnect you can see there are 2 tiles. Do you have a Payroll Premier one and now a Hosted one??? And you are clicking on the new Hosted one now to lodge the STP file?
