When I extract reports from Reckon, I usually emailed it to my email address. But now, it doesn't work anymore. I tried to export it in Q Drive, but I couldn't download the file. I don't think, I have that icon on my screen. 

Is there any other ways I can export a report into an excel file without saving it in Q drive first?

    Exporting to Q or B drive then downloading usually works, need some help if you call me on 0418907140 iI will walk you thru it.
