STP GOV CONNECT ISSUES

Hi Rav,  i have just moved from reckon desktop to hosted. i created the payroll but at the point of opening up the portal and signing in i misplaced my sign in details. i exited to find them but cannot seem to re-open the portal in hosted unless i create another payroll. what can i do?

    Go to portal.reckon.com and login that way - then you will see your Reckon Gov Connect on the left - click - enter your MFA code and you will then be able to see your STP files.  Cheers Linda

    Hi Linda, i figured out by re reading my initial set up notes that you have to register hosted in gov connect before you can submit file generated in hosted. All sorted now.
