I can't sign in on Single touch payroll(Free Single Touch Payroll App v1.0.8

edited August 2019 in Single Touch Payroll App
I selected Sign in then typed Email address and Password and continue. Look up your company and selected the company and Continue.  Message is appeared "You may already have an account with us. Please login."  And touch "Login",  go back the first page and continue the same process.  I can't login.
Probably locked my account.  Please help me.

    Have you previously signed up to our GovConnect service in the Reckon Portal for your Single Touch Payroll submissions?
    If so, you will need to continue using the GovConnect service for STP rather than the app.

    Thank you for your response.  I haven’t signed up GovConnect service yet.

    Can you let me know the ABN that you searched for when looking up your company and also, is the email address you've used to register on the app the same email address used on this Reckon Community account?

    Can you please confirm the email address that you're attempting to register on the app please and I'll check if there are any existing accounts set up for it.

    Hi, I am having this same problem. My company "is already registered" but I do not have any Reckon products or subscriptions.

    Hi, I got the same issue. The STP keep showing incorrect e-mail and password. And I couldnt find back my password. I haven't set up log in with use finger print, is that a problem I can't get in again? My Email : [email protected] ABN : 57632092384 Plz help me sort that perblem out as soon as possible for me.     Hi Miss Dreamer,
    Can you please recheck that ABN number you've given me, when I search it in both our system and the ABR lookup its not bringing up any results.

    Cool thanks, that looks a lot better.
    I've deleted the ABN and the incorrect app account (the email address when you registered was spelled incorrectly). 
    When you next open the app, click on the 'Sign up' button and go through the setup process of setting up your account and registering the ABN.

    It should be fine now but let me know either way.

    I have Hosted but think my problem could be I signed in first time with google and so now cant log on.  Each time I do it says "sorry, that abn has already been registered"
    Do I need to delete and start again and if so, how do I do this.  Thanks

    Done. I've left the app account intact so you can use the same login to register your ABN again on the app.

    I have signed in with google too, I can still get into the portal using my google log in. Can this be changed or do I have to continue using the google log in?
