I can't sign in on Single touch payroll(Free Single Touch Payroll App v1.0.8
I selected Sign in then typed Email address and Password and continue. Look up your company and selected the company and Continue. Message is appeared "You may already have an account with us. Please login." And touch "Login", go back the first page and continue the same process. I can't login.
Probably locked my account. Please help me.

Have you previously signed up to our GovConnect service in the Reckon Portal for your Single Touch Payroll submissions?
If so, you will need to continue using the GovConnect service for STP rather than the app.

No. I am using our company's email address.
Can you please confirm the email address that you're attempting to register on the app please and I'll check if there are any existing accounts set up for it.
Can you please recheck that ABN number you've given me, when I search it in both our system and the ABR lookup its not bringing up any results.
I've deleted the ABN and the incorrect app account (the email address when you registered was spelled incorrectly).
When you next open the app, click on the 'Sign up' button and go through the setup process of setting up your account and registering the ABN.
It should be fine now but let me know either way.
Do I need to delete and start again and if so, how do I do this. Thanks
