It sounds like you need to clear your cashe. Close chrome and login again. If I the screen is not rendering correctly then this could be the cause. If the STP pay is still in draft then you should have the delete. Kind regards Kim Chapman
Sorry for the confusion, Kim. This whole category is 'Single Touch Payroll App' (with mobile phone in a logo). Pretty sure, this is what original question was about.
Yes ALEX I started this discussion and I am new to these types of forums and learning quickly that you need to give ALL the information. The 1-4 employee app provided by Reckon at no cost is much appreciated but I still need to be able to reconcile manual records with what we input and report to the ATO and that gave rise to the question. I have been having some problems but found that once you open a pay event there is no going back and sometimes it is better to just erase and start again. If you decide you need to start afresh you may wish to delete a draft and start all over again. Surely no problem deleting if not lodged with the ATO.
Hi everyone, The ability to delete a draft pay run in the free STP app is coming very soon in an update to the app. Any pay events other than in Draft status will not be available to delete.
I have a slight variation on that problem. I too am using the mobile App, and in the first day I created a pay run that the ATO 'declined' (it was labelled 'ERROR' in the App). I corrected the problem by creating a new pay run and that worked fine. Normally, I would just ignore the pay run marked 'error' and 'declined', but the figures for those runs continue to show up in the employee's pay summary. Is there some way I can remove these 'declined' pay runs? Your comment above that only 'draft' pay runs can be deleted is a concern

Thanks a lot
