Problems submitting a pay run

I have downloaded the Reckon STP app onto my I Phone.  Each time I have tried to submit a pay run after I have entered the figures in the pay run summary the 'Continue to declaration' bar remains grey so I am unable to proceed any further.  Could you please advise as to what I may be doing wrong.  Many thanks

    Hi Sarah,
    Have you registered your Software ID that's in the app with the ATO and ticked the 'I have notified the ATO' section?

    Hi Rav
    Since my email I went back in to look at that and although I had already done it, I clicked on it again and now it seems to be working.  However it is only working for one employee at a time, not for multiple employees.  Also I was wondering is there any way to delete the draft pay runs I have created when I was initially setting up the app?
