I'm currently using Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 R1 but I'm having problems upgrading to R2 any ideas?

What kind of problems Louise? Can you elaborate a bit more? One issue that came up the other day was that someone had 2019, but their subscription had since expired and they were no longer eligible to access the R2 update?0

Thanks Linda does the subscription to Reckon Hosted give you the updates?0
-
Yes it does Louise - you should see a 2nd tile when you log in to Hosted that says Launch 2019 R2? Then the file will upgrade... if its not asking to upgrade - log out - close your browser and log back in and choose the 2nd tile again.0

Its now asking me to log in as administrator I believe that should be my login details any suggestions?
I'm looking forward to being able to move forward with Reckon Hosted once my files come across0 -
All sorted now it was a Windows 10 problem.

Hi Kibs,
Consider:
1) Remove the existing Reckon Accounts 2019 R1 software
2) Reboot the computer
3) Re-install the Reckon Accounts 2019 R1 software
4) Reboot the computer
5) Install the 2019 R2 tax table update
