GST Inclusive invoices

Since starting a brand new data file, I cannot find where to make my sales invoices gst inclusive. I have to remember to tick this box each time. (It's a while since  I had to set up a completely new file)

    Edit preferences - tax - tick gross

    Gross tax is ticked. Still have to tick the box on each sales invoice
