    This problem has been going on for years and I have experienced a number of times on different company files over the past 6 months or so.  There is a KB article about this here:

    I have tended to take the same response as Kevin, regarding it as a bug, and have done nothing.  After some days, the warning goes away.  I am not saying that you shouldn't follow the advice in the above KB article, but reporting how I have handled it.

    On a different note - I'm trying to back up on Reckon hosted and can't get past 99% - is anyone in a position to advise a fix or know how to resolve???

    I have just tried to back up and it says I am unable to back up!! Backed up before upgrading to 2019 and it was fine.  Perhaps these issues are related to 2019?

    Hello When you adjust the pays how do you get rid of the incorrect one And also I'm doing this on my phone is there a way of printing out for the boss to see Thanks

    Unfortunately, if I follow the link above to try and fix the problem it says I MUST make a back up copy which it won't allow me to do ...

    Interesting to note that I am now getting the same message again ...
