Reckon Cloud POS

Trying to import items into Reckon Cloud POS, and getting this error:
The given value of type String from the data source cannot be converted to type decimal of the specified target column.
Any ideas on what on earth that even means?!

    Hi Steph,
    Are there any special/invalid characters in any of the item costs/values?

    Not that I can find. It doesn't give me an error report that you can click on... I got through all those errors I had!
    This just appears in red on the import screen under the select boxes.

    I have emailed the file to psg support yesterday afternoon... my phone went flat being on hold!

    Just checking, how are you attempting to import the items? Are you using the template from Cloud POS?

    Are all the fields for each item following the format/properties listed in the table in this article? -

    Yes, I downloaded the file and filled it in

    Hi Steph,
    Can you please email the template file that you're trying to import to [email protected] with 'Cloud POS import' in the subject line
