STP Mobile App

Am having sooooo many issues with this STP mobile app. Followed an idea from a community member and uninstalled the mobile app and then reinstalled it. But now cannont log in at all. Ready to throw the phone !!!

    Ive got exactly the same problem and I can't seem to get an answer from these guys either

    Hi Maria,
    Are you logging in with the same email address/app account that was used when you first created the account?

    I've seen similar situations such as what you've described when there's been a typo or incorrect email address used when the app account was first created, and then when attempting to login later on, the correct email address is used so in effect its a completely 'different' account.

    What's the ABN you've registered to the app?
    Also, can you confirm the email address used on the app is the same email address registered to this Community account.

    Hi Rav, I only have one email address and it is correctly entered and is the address used in Community account. My ABN 75 663 969 549. Are you able to tell if I have more than one STP account? Thanks

    Just had a look and your app account registration looks ok.
    What is actually happening when you attempt to login? Are you getting any particular error messages?
    Which version of the app are you running? Android or iOS?

    Using Android. App is version 1.5.1 and now is not even coming up with sign up/sign in page.  Just keeps going round and round. My internet is working properly.

    Close the app in full ie. swipe it away from your running apps.
    Go into your phone settings; Settings > Apps > Reckon STP > Storage > Clear Data
    (Your path will vary based on your phone model).

    Open the app again and login.

    Thankyou can now log in and have also deleted drafts. Am now trying to do a payrun. Login successful but  where I have to enter Pay Date and Pay Period the calendar symbol will not come up nor can I just type the dates in.

    help when log in to app comes u with something has gone wrong log out and try again which i have done several times and days  uninstalled and still same
