"You must have QuickBooks 2015 or greater to install the QuickBooks Webconnector"

quickbooks web connector install fails with message:
"You must have QuickBooks 2015 or greater to install the QuickBooks Webconnector"
but have reckon accounts enterprise 2019 installed and running.

what's up??

    What is this "webconnector"? I've never heard of it

    Mike.  You are trying to deal with two totally different programs.  QuickBooks Webconnector is for the QuickBooks program which is a product of Intuit of the USA.
    You are using Reckon Accounts Enterprise which is a totally different product provided by Reckon Australia.
