Can you please help, ive waited for 3 weeks and have yet to receive any help from u

Pay summary shows 3 times the amount i entered in the pay run. I started with a zero YTD total. Pay run shows correct amount submitted and accepted by the ATO. When I rang the ATO they have a zero amount. So im a bit confused as to what i need to do. I got the employee to check his mygov and it showed zero as well

    Hi there,
    If the ATO and employee haven't received any pay run data, then I'm guessing that your submissions haven't gone through successfully, is that correct?

    How many pay runs have you submitted and do they show a 'Success' status, Error or something else?

    I've rang the ATO again and they cant even tell me what figures have been submitted

    They have suggested I contact my software provider or simple just change providers,
    Yep, problem solved??? I think not. Round and round we go.

    What's the ABN you've registered to the app and what date was this pay run submission sent?

    Can you add a screenshot of the status section showing 'Success' for this submission and I'll see if there's anything we can check on our end for it.
    To confirm, there has only ever been ONE pay run submitted from the app?

    Do you have the correct ABN registered in the app for your business?

    The Business Portal shows pay runs and adjustments processed by the ATO. It is a tool provided by the ATO for the employers. Business Portal-> Manage employees-> STP reporting.

    2 pay runs on same day 26.07.19 .one correct amount and the other is zero. The zero entry and the Drafts are because I was trying to do a negative to get the pay summary to equal the pay run amount as the pay summary showed 3 times what I entered in the pay run. I started with zero YTD .ABN 83924792539 is correct. imageimage

    ThxJoseph. On my business portal it shows that ato received a transaction but no $ amounts appear

    You put in ZERO YTD figures on setup therefore Business Portal figures are the same as myGov figures. Just ignore the App Pay Summary and start again with the first real pay run. Hope this helps.
