report for all sales orders by date

Hi Cass
You can create, modify & memorise your own customised report for this:
- Click on Find (Under Edit along top toolbar)
- On the “Advanced” tab, select “Transaction Type” in the Filter list then “Sales Order” from the dropdown list
- Under “Detail Level” in the Filter list, select “Summary only” & click on “Find”
- Click on “Report” to view your search results in report format
- Click on “Modify Report” & add/remove applicable “Columns”
(I would specifically tick “Paid” & “Open Balance” & untick “Split”, “Clear” & “Account”)
Under “Total by”, select “Month” & “Sort by” “Date”
- On the “Header/Footer” tab, you can rename this report (in the “Report Title” box) to “Daily SOs by Month” or similar
- Click OK to refresh your updates
- Click on “Memorise” to save this customised report for re-use.
You can also select “View” along top toolbar & choose to “Add …to Icon Bar” to create a 1-click Icon to access it

You where so awesome last question (I use the above report every day!!).
Would there be a way to create a report on Estimates converted to Sales Orders per month?
I have followed the same way above but i am just getting the estimates my report has- Type
- Date
- Number
- Name
- Class
- Rep
- Amount

Unfortunately, whilst a SO can be created from an Estimate, the "link" itself isn't reportable.
It's possible to generate a report showing the 2 (SO & Estimate) but the transactions don't reflect on a report as being linked & therefore appear on separate lines
.... Might be worth adding to the Reckon Wishlist!
(Click on the "Help" dropdown menu in your program then click on "Suggest New Features").
