Emailing from Reckon Hosted - Company Logo & Attachments

Hi there, we have recently switched to Reckon Hosted (being reckon user for 15>years....). We have no problem emailing invoices & it seems to be sending/receiving ok to ourselves (when we BCC us) but question....will there ever be a possibility that you can upload our own "COMPANY LOGOs and COMPANY signatory" in the email we are sending via Hosted (as would be when using Outlook?
Also what happens when we need to attached some sort of "report" to accompany the Invoice? It just takes a bit longer to go through all these processes..if we have to keep emailing to ourselves and than forwarding it to the Customers?

You can upload your company logo to the qdrive using the arrow up on the floating toolbar, then setting it up in customise invoice0

I have already uploaded the Company Logo to the Q drive and put the LOGO on the invoices..
I am talking about being able to have the Company LOGO..and customised signatory details on an email..when sending an email via Reckon Hosted.
And also if w need to add attachment to the Invoices - that can't be done now...it is a little bit of a troublesome process now having to forward to your own "Microsoft Outlook" platform and then having to resend the invoices...
All the data base/email contacts for Customers are stored in the Data File in Reckon Hosted so it gets a bit messy as have to type all the Customers emails again when it gets forwarded to Outlook platform0 -
Hi Carol,
It might a bit overkill but I can help you to create a solution. Basically, I can create an app for you that will connect to your Reckon Hosted. Anytime you want to send an invoice to your client, you will use my app, it will generate the PDF files, attach as many files as you want and send to the client's email address under your company email. Of course, your email can have your logo and everything.
I can assure you that this will help you to save tons of time and no more frustration.
