Can someone please assist with my issue in regard to my pay run not going through.

    Hi Danielle,
    This message means that there is an special/invalid character in one of your fields either the employee details, the company details or the pay run.
    Go through and check for any special characters like slashes, dashes, brackets etc and remove them. Once that is done, create the pay run again and send it through.
