Non subscription licence expiring - access to data

I purchased Reckon Pro 2014 outright as I wasn't interested in paying annual subscription fees.
I am now receiving a message saying that my licence will expire in three days and that I need to now pay an annual fee.  Is this right?
Can I still use the product but accept that there will be no updates or support, or will my product and all data disappear??
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated as I will need to make a decision asap.

No you can't. It seems to be a marketing ploy to have you upgrade.

Not impressed. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for your help.

Delighted Sue. Personally, I think if you purchase a license in good faith the terms should not be altered after the fact. And relying on fine print is not cool. I can well understand your frustration. Ive got Office 2010 here which I still use and will as long as this computer holds up. I like Windows 7 too. Some of my software will not run on Windows 10 so I am reluctant to ditch it. If you decide to migrate to another software be very wary of converting your Reckon data. I have had some horrible experiences.

Thanks for the warning Kevin. What sort of experiences did you have with converting? I don't think I have time to do it anyway, but was planning to have a go.
