Leave details not printing on payslips using Reckon Enterprise

When I print payslips, one employee is not showing any leave details. How do I correct this. Thanks in advance

    Go to the employee record > leave and make sure the box is ticked for 'leave liability'.

    If yes, check leave is accruing in leave record and check leave reports if the reports and hours available on their record match, you have the payslip issue.

    Let me know how the reports came out and if it is only on one employee or more.
