Hi George, Are you using a foreign SIM card ie. your non-Australian number in your phone at the moment? The SMS with your MFA code can only be sent to a AU mobile number.
You will need to insert your AU SIM into your phone in order to receive the text with the code. You might also want to check with your carrier as its dependent & varies, but sometimes incoming texts are not charged when roaming. Don't take my word on that though, it would be best to check first.
Unfortunately not George, the requirements around Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are extremely strict and is not something we can change too much. Email is not a valid source for MFA in this case so you will need access to your AU number to receive the code.

Hi Rav
Thanks for the reply
Yes I am using a non-aussie sim - as I don't have roaming
So I cannot insert my aussie sim into my phone
Is there anyway that I can get my email address to replace my Aussie mobile no?
