error messages in Z report achive

I am using Reckon Cloud POS and each day when I try to archive my Z Report into Reckon Accounts Hosted using Cloud POS Management it gives me the message:

{"Message":"Error accessing your Reckon Accounts company file. The user account used to connect is either logged in to your company file already, or the username or password details are wrong. Please resolve before trying again."}

It will give me this message for a few days and then archive those days successfully and then work correctly for a week or so and then I get that same message again for a week or so.

Any thoughts would be appreciated???

    Hi Grame,

    Thank you for your post and I apologise for the delayed response.

    This means that the user account details you've entered in your Hosted integration settings in Reckon Cloud POS is logging into your Hosted company file. We strongly recommend you to create a new user in your company file and give it full access. You'll then add that user's details in the Hosted integration settings and remember not to login to your company file in Hosted using that user's details.
