Running 2020 small business edition and now can't send invoices as emails

I have installed 2020 small business edition and now can't send invoices as emails. From previous experience it had to do with the PDF converter & ports. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

    There was a Windows update that knocked out the MAPI connector with Outlook. AFAIK there is no fix for this I spent a few hours with one client on Friday and got nowhere using all Reckon Tech support best endeavours. Thanks Jai Jai by the way. I've got some ideas though.     Kevin, thanks for replying.  Sorry I haven't got back to you, I work in the health sector so, as you know, things have been a bit hectic lately.  Owing to my differing shift times, overtime etc, it is difficult for me to be able to contact you via phone.  Is it possible that you could respond with a few steps to follow that could possibly help?  I vaguely remember when this happened with a previous Reckon upgrade that it was something to do with Reckon Accounts V5 PDF converter?  Sorry I am not very IT savvy so basic instructions would be good.  Thanks again.

    You can try reintsalling the pdf converter. You need to uninstall it first. I would be stunned if it was that simple. Just right click on the icon in Devices and printer. The next time you go to print to a pdf, it will reinstall automatically. Its worth a try. Like I said when I was at my other client last week we couldn't get it to work at all. Kevin +61407744914
