qbprint .qbp error . I keep getting this error in my Reckon 2019 running windows 10 pro. I have tried to rename the file and change the file attributes and still did not help. reinstall the Reckon 2019 software and it is ok after the installation. When I reboot windows , the error came back.Any resolution

I am having the same problem on Reckon 2020, with Windows 10. I have renamed, then deleted the qbprint file, and unchecked the box for Read only. Nothing worked. Suggestions please?
