problems with upload in stp

I have exported my payrun and when it takes me to reckon portal, nothing happens. I have logged into reckon portal tried to upload payrun but it looks for it in desktop not the json file. Never happened before

    Hi Jennifer,
    We've just been investigating some reports of this behaviour in the last few minutes. We're seeing similar to what you've described where the Portal page is not opening correctly within Hosted itself.

    We're looking into this now but in the meantime, to send your STP submission, please download the json file to a destination on your local PC eg. Desktop, My Documents etc using the Floating Toolbar in Reckon Accounts Hosted. You'll then be able to select that json file from your PC to send to GovConnect.

    Rav, how do you get to GovConnect to do this?

    You'll be able to access GovConnect by logging into the Reckon Portal here - 
    https://portal.reckon.com/
