Reckon keeps stopping

Every time I enter in a transaction the program says there is an error and has to close the program. its very annoying and its to the stage I can't even use the program. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Have you tried opening the app as an administrator- right click on icon and select run as administrator

    It still doesn't work. I tried that and program doesn't even start up.
