Online Banking mode - Reckon Hosted

I cannot get out of "Online Banking" Mode in Reckon Hosted, so when I try to pay by Credit Card which is not an online account it will not let me select it.

Can someone please assist? Is there any way of forcing it to do so?

    Hi @Peta

    When you say you can't get out of the Online Banking Centre, can you give me a bit more info on that. Particularly, what is happening when you attempt to do so and how you are trying to close it.

    What happens when you click the close button on the OBC window? (see my screenshot below)

    Hi Rav, Normally when you close it asks if you would like to get out of "online mode" or something, but in this instance its not, and what is happening is that when I go to pay a bill, I can only use any of the accounts that are "Online" and will not show any other bank accounts.

    Hi Rav, All good I found out if I switched to Multi User Role it stopped that function. Thanks :)
