October Tax updates

Hi everyone

I am unable to download the October Tax update for desktop. When i click the link it asks me to login - which i do - and then takes me to a page which says Product Updates and nothing else. I have checked for pop up blockers and have used both Chrome and Edge but still nothing. All my software is up to date including the July tax rates.

Help please. Thanks
