Create pays - Reckon terminated

Hi All

Trying to create pays in Reckon Accounts Hosted. After we have confirmed all the pays and click on create pays, Reckon kicks us out and does not create any employees pays. Have tried a few times. If we select one employee the pay is created, but still kicks us out. We have 200 employees, so can't do this 200 times. Any ideas why this is happening?

    What browser, try a different one. I use Mozilla Firefox, some suggest Edge

    Hi @megan

    When you say its kicking you out, what is it doing specifically? Are there any error messages that appear? If so, what are they?

    Perhaps try to log off your current session in the Hosted control panel, then logout (use the Logout option). Log back in and test to see if the same behaviour persists.

    As Kris mentioned above, trying on another browser is also a good test.

    @megan This sounds like a data corruption issue .... Have you tried running the "Verify Data" utility via File (along top toolbar) > Utilities

    I'd recommend running the "Rebuild Data" x 3 after this also, as this often fixes file issues.

    Thank you for your ideas. Running a rebuild at the moment. Once is has finished we will change the browser and try again. Will screen shot any error messages.
