Employee Organiser doesn't seem to work

Just wondering if anyone can assist please? Does this function work in Reckon Accounts Premier desktop edition? I just get a blank screen when I select it as an option to load new employees. :-(

    I've just tested this out, albeit in Reckon Accounts Hosted, and its come up normally (screenshot below). Have any windows opened in the background by any chance?

    Are you able to access the regular Employee Centre by clicking Employees ➡️ Employee Centre and add a new employee(s) from there?

    Thanks Rav. No other windows open in Reckon. I can access the regular employee centre and add new from there, but I was hoping there might be a few other things that the organiser threw up at me to ensure that I add everything required.

    @PJKennedy & @Rav I experience this on occasion in some files but don't know what the causes of it is ? 😫
