Trying to install Reckon Enterprise 2020

Hi,

Can anyone help me? Over the weekend I am trying to install Reckon Enterprise 2020 to minimise down time and need it done before start of working week tomorrow.

I need my installation code but this was not sent via email and does not seem to be available anywhere. Where does the installation code come from?

    When you login to the members area with your customer number there should be 2 links, one for the software and one for the installation code. You are a Reckon Hosted subscriber aren’t you?
