Hi

I have a client who used to be with Reckon Hosted but is no longer.

Of course, he now need access to the file.

How can he have access to the file (read-only)?

(I know this has been asked before but I cannot find the answer).

Thanks in advance.

If he has a backup on his computer he could possibly download a trial version of Reckon Enterprise, that I believe is the only version that will open the hosted file.

    Thanks Kris.

I thought it had something to do with Enterprise - thanks for confirming it.

I'll got back to the client and find out what the issue is...

Have a great day and thanks again.

I have the same problem but cant find a backup on my computer. So I cant complete my tax until payment summaries have been submitted and I can get the info for that.

    I'm badly stuck.

What do I need to do next.

    Regards

    Matt

I would ring Reckon. Have you searched your computer for. *.qbb and *.qbw?

you would have had to manually download the backup or data file when you were still using the program, it’s not an automatic process

@Matt Coonan Reckon should be able to grant temporary (read-only) access. I would try calling them again.
