Can anyone please help work out why after installing bank feed we can now no longer populate and create an .aba file?

    Hi @JOHN F

    Just to confirm, are you using Payroll Premier (which this conversation has been tagged under) or a Reckon Accounts software?

    Either way, can you advise the process you are going through and where specifically its failing? Also, are you encountering any error messages etc?

    Hi Rav, we're using Reckon Premier desktop version 2020, apologies for tagging under the wrong conversation! We're entering payroll as normal, creating payment, then going to online banking, selecting preview aba file where we do get a populated list but then when we click on Create aba file we get the headings but no payee info etc.
