How to terminate Employee Redundancy and get Annual and Long Service Leave to be paid out

Options

I'm trying to process a redundancy termination and when the final pay processes, RA doesn't process the AL and LSL.

As this is a redundancy these are taxed at a flat 32% and should be listed in Part A. There's also no super on Redundancy payment of leave.

When I terminate the employee it just processes a pay and nothing seems to happens to the Leave.

What is the correct process and then how do I see and confirm tax and super is calculated properly?

It’s can be quite an involved process so I’d recommend getting 1-on-1 assistance as you need to ensure all components are correctly mapped for STP.
