Unable to migrate from STP to new payroll app

I have downloaded the new reckon payroll app and signed in as an existing user. The app is asking me if I would like to migrate data from my existing STP app but there is no option on the screen to reply with yes and proceed with migration. Can anyone please help me?!

    Do you have any display assist settings switched on? eg. Zoom or Magnification etc?

    If so, switch them off and try again. It should work after this but let me know how you get on.

    i switched from zoomed to standard display setting. This resolved the issue. Thanks for your help.
