2021 Upgrade

Hi

When I attempted to backup in the 2021 upgrade it was not responding so I cancelled to attempt later. Now when I go to the 2021 launch it allows me to open the branch and shows a green screen but says 2020 version.

When attempt to open with another users details it says the file needs upgrading by admin.

what can I do?
