Where do I find backed up files

I have taken over from someone else in doing our accounts. I don't know where to find backed up files. They say they are in areas which are not recognized by my computer.

    They are online in the B drive, and should be downloaded to the computer. Do a search for *.qbb on your computer. Can’t you access the qbw file in the Q drive? That’s the data file you would be using
