First Payroll on new App this FY

Transferred payroll to new app late June 2021. Tried to submit final payroll on new app but could not set amounts. Ended up submitting last 2020/2021 payroll on old app. That application has subsequently not recorded on New app although all other payroll info is on new app.

Today trying to submit a new payroll for July 2012 but cannot add any amounts into the app although it states an edit button is available. How can I record and submit a new payroll for July obligations

    Hi @89885

    The Payroll App will not allow you to enter just a balance for gross payments/earnings like the previous STP app did as that method will no longer be compliant with the introduction of STP phase 2.

    Instead, the Payroll App works by creating actual pay runs and sending this data to the ATO via your STP submissions.
