Cant enter a transaction

I cant enter a transaction. This is the error I am getting. Help!!!!

Has it had multiple lines previously? It may be automatically prefilling previously-used lines also. Enter it as a Write Chq rather than directly into the register.

Acctd4 the client won't do that. Hes old and its not what he is used to. Any other ideas?

He may have to if itβs prefilling in the background π³
Add the Write Chq Icon to the Icon Bar so he can just click on that to enter it. (You may have to guide him for entry of the detail on it if it is multiple lines π¬)

Yeah nah. Not going to happen. He would not cope. Its a pity the system doesn't work consistently. Oh well.
