payroll issues after upgrading to 2021

Since upgrading I am having the following issues with payroll.
3 of my longer term Super items are randomly not calculating. I have checked the set up of the payroll items. They were caluclating prior to the upgrade. Employee were existing prior to upgrade
1 longterm salaried staff member is creating an unclassed column with $0 in it. There doesnt appear to be anything incorrect on his pay cheques.

It’s not just in the beginning of the month before the 450 threshold is reached is it?
