Trouble with initiating Reckon Payroll app

Have loaded new Reckon Payroll app on my Apple phone, tried signing in but comes up with message "Something went wrong"

I am still able to log into the STP app

    I've just had a look at this and I can see what is causing the problem. I'll need to get some help from my dev team to fix it though so I've just sent the details over to them and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

    My devs have just got back to me on this one and it should now be solved.

    Close the Payroll App in full ie. swipe it away from any other currently running apps on your phone. Reopen it and sign in with your STP app login credentials and follow the prompts to migrate.

    It should go through without a hitch this time but let me know if you still have any trouble.

    Thanks Rav, it worked

    It did come up with error message again after transferring data, but after logging out and back in it was all good

    We are up and running now, thanks again
