Old STP App date won't merge to new STP App

It's coming up that the business is already registered and won't let me merge data from the old app to the new app. How do I fix this?

    It looks like I don't have the free version anymore though? We only have 4 current employees.

    Glad to hear it worked this time 😊.

    Now that you've migrated over to the Payroll App you'll start off on the trial version of the Premium plan for the app which gives you 3 free pay runs in the trial but more importantly, access to features that are specific to the Premium plan.

    If you've tried out the trial but would prefer to stick with the basic free plan on the Payroll App then you can downgrade to free option by tapping 'Upgrade' in the bottom right corner and then select the 'downgrade to free basic plan' option.
